Why is it that when we donât fit into the rules of society, we become inappropriate?
How do you define appropriate?
“Who is the most appropriate to define appropriate appropriately?”
When we are born into this world, we are like a zero or nothing, and that nothingness comes from the nothingness of space, which is free and ever-present. The moment that nothingness gets surrounded by the physical elements, it remains no more zero. It transforms into at least one. It can be two, three, ten, thousand, etc. depending on how many layers that share of nothingness adds to itself. Also, the kind of environment it is born in changes its whole trajectory, its roles and responsibilities.Â
Have you ever wondered if we all are that bit of nothingness, who decides how to behave?
We all say, God!
I ask, do you even understand God?
If yes, show me and tell me, and PROVE to me why your God and his statements will be perfect for the happiness of the entire world.
Show me through your actions, become an example yourself to prove to me if the rules and regulations you are enforcing upon me, are perfect to live a happy life. And after that, leave it to me if I want to follow that specific path or not.Â
Because Iâm an equal share of that nothingness that resides in you as well, I do not give the right to one share of nothingness to decide whatâs good for the other share of that same nothingness.Â
When a big set of nothingnesses become collective, they become more trustworthy than individual nothingness. Agreed! A bucket of water is always better than just a cup of water.
But what if, those collective share of nothingness are all contaminated like a bucket of contaminated water, and the water in the cup that no one wants is all pure and clean?Â
Imagine youâre too thirsty, and you get to choose between a bucket of poisonous water and a cup of pure water, what would you choose?
Yes, a cup of water might feel insufficient but would still save you from dying, whereas the water in the bucket will kill you just after a sip.
Therefore, a collective nothingness can easily be more dangerous than just a handful of nothingness, or an individual nothingness.Â
This entire philosophy proves that a collective can not always be right in front of a handful of people.
But this doesnât mean that those handful of people will always be right when compared to the collective. This only explains that each share of nothingness is important and valuable. If this is how we perceive different opinions, there wonât be so much disturbance in society.Â
And what is society?
A group of people who share the same beliefs and decide to live in harmony with each other. But when people are against people, when people are incessantly clashing with each other should not be called a society.Â
Societies are made for harmony and happiness among people not the other way round.Â
Hence, nothing is inappropriate if it is not trying to hurt you intentionally.
Humans are funny creatures though –
- They believe their opinions matter enough to disregard other personalities. Their beliefs get shattered and they try to enforce the pain of the uncommon on those who unintentionally become the reason for their pain.
- Humans are as free as birds, they are supposed to be free. Nature gives freedom to humans as well as challenges. A bird has to fight hard to keep herself and her family protected and well-fed, yet it is allowed to fly free in the sky.
Why, in the name of âappropriateâ, society gets to choose for all?
Society is formed for the happiness of all, not just for those who are blindly walking like a herd of sheep following instructions without questioning their logic.Â
Humans are not a herd of sheep, they have brains, they have an intellect, and they can access their God through their intuition, their spiritual growth, and their mind.
If God speaks to everyone in his own way, who are you to decide for the soul sitting just beside you?Â
I guess, the most inappropriate thing is forcing your beliefs on others, forcing all the flowers to be an orchid when youâre an orchid yourself. No, the world is the garden which will have all the flowers. No flower is better or worse than the other, and hence, no one kind of flower has the right to reject the other kind.
Moreover, it only benefits you when you let people be:
1. We all know that there is a food cycle that maintains a balance in nature. Some say we should not kill animals and eat meat, how else the nature balance the cycle then? Humans are an equal contributor.
God plans the operations of this world, God knows where and how to create a need to keep that balance for the harmony of all eventually. Both under and overpopulation of any species on this planet disturb the balance.
Therefore, listen to your gut, if it is telling you to eat it, then eat it, if it is telling you otherwise, then follow that guidance. That is called Religion, your duty, to follow the instructions stated by your God who is seated inside your heart.
2. Now think beyond a heterosexual or a straight man or a woman.
LGBT- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender. This section can not help much in the reproduction of human offspring. Society tries to have a say in everything, but imagine if thereâs no stop in population, wouldnât this earth start shaking? Well, the example is in front of you, the earth has literally started shaking because of overpopulation in this world which is no more in control. No one can eat well, or live well and natureâs balance is entirely disturbed.Â
“If LGBT is dangerous for the world, so is the heterosexual. If one stops the human offspring, the other does not have any stop.”
But, God and nature know when and where to keep the balance, yet we humans have to intervene in everything and make ourselves miserable.
What is inappropriate for you, is also the gift of God to the world.
Be brave enough to accept the inappropriate, and face the fear of coming across your and the worldâs evolution.Â
This quote by Rumi –
âOut beyond the ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field, I’ll meet you there.â
Who will meet you in the field?
Your God – SaccidÄnanda!
Sat – cit – Änanda
âTrue Consciousness Blissâ
Therefore, go beyond inappropriate, go beyond your beliefs, and happiness will follow you eventually!Â
